ZS series of vibrating screen
This machine is designed referred to similar foreign products, and designed according to the domestic situation, its features are:
1、 Countless globular agate ball is installed under vibration network, helping vibration and increasing the frequency.
2、 Two heavy hammers are equipped at the upper and lower shaft of the vibration motor to adjust the angle between two hammers, which could make the material produce a variety of different spiral movement at different directions on the net, and make the material having effective filtration. (this could be adjusted according to the users’ requirement)
3、 It is required to continuous feed and continuous discharge. Impurity, coarse material and filtered quality goods can automatically discharge, free from blocking the screen mesh, the powder shall not fly in the sky.
4、 It is easy to replace the screen net, which adopt special structures, the net is tight with long service life.
5、 All the parts contacted with the materials adopt stainless steel for manufacturing.
6、 It is small, move convenient, high effectiveness. Universal wheel could be installed at the bottom to move at will.
7、 The design of this product is exquisite, having fine sieve, which is applicable to any powder and mucilage classification. It has fully enclosed structure, with no dust and low noise.
